president served in the United States Marine Corps and currently in the ARMY
National Guard. As one can imagine our company is a well
disciplined and highly motivated team of individuals who's main concern
is to "accomplish the mission." Each member of our company has
endured various forms of training that far exceeds the normal realm of
IT professionals. At our company, the customer and or client is
the prime focus. The founders of our company realized that most
employees in the computer services industry are extremely educated in
the technology field. However, customer relations are usually
not at the top of their list when it comes to attributes. At
ModaTech, we feel that if our representatives are not able to communicate
properly with our clients, then how are the clients going to get the
most out of the service performed?
We here at ModaTech take pride in having a high level of
customer relationships that far exceeds our competition. We get
a great sense of satisfaction when we leave our clients work place
knowing that we not only fixed the problem, but we were able to let
the client know the reason why this was occurring. Once the
client grasps this knowledge, and fully understands it, the chances of
that same problem happening again is minimal. This cuts down on
service calls for the company and allows them to implement new budgets
for ModaTech to be able to install new solutions that will better the
company on a whole. This allows our clients to grow, make more
money and feel confident instead of apprehensive when it comes to computers
and technology.
ModaTech focuses evenly on the average person who uses
their PC at home as well as the small business that needs other,
completely different computer services. Most other companies in
the technology field tend to deal less with the end-user (person at
home using their computer.) The main fact for this is the lack
on man power and money. With us, we started servicing people
with computer problems at home. We then built enough credibility
through those end-users to start gathering small businesses as our
clients. Having that type of a beginning has made us humble and
gave us a sense of devotion to keep on the same track with helping
people in their homes. There are literally thousands of ways to
spend money on advertising a business. To this day, after 11
years, ModaTech's best form of advertising is our existing clients'
through word-of-mouth. With all of that in mind, why would we
give up our "HOME" servicing department. |
